**Purpose**

The main purpose of the SIL Program Coordinator will be to engage new clients and network with different stakeholders to coordinate business growth. This role will be actively involved in connecting the organisation to new clients and finding opportunities to generate new leads for the company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to
- Day-to-day Management of a SIL cluster.
- Overseeing consistency, quality and safety of care for participants including review and audit of participant files.
- Support the growth of SIL program, including the setup of homes.
- Support the development of specific proposals and budgets (RPA submissions, NDIS reviews, SIL quotes etc).
- Experience in preparing and submitting for Plan reviews
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Displaying leadership skills through conducting team meetings, one on ones and staff coaching.
- Building a strong rapport with participants and their families
- Managing team rosters, timesheets and attendance
- Identifying, assessing and resolving client complaints and issues while displaying a client-centred approach.
- Performing home visits to complete participant assessments and audits.
- Promoting FlexiHome Care to the community through expos, public events and forum
- Ability to engage various stakeholders and build strong working relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field

**Experience**
- Previous sales/marketing experience exceeding 12 months is desired

**Knowledge**
- Existing knowledge (desired) or willingness to learn about NDIS and the relevant field. Strong passion for mental health and disability.
- Knowledge / experience in building networking relations
