Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an organised individual to manage customer appointments and internal submissions, track grading submissions from intake to distribution, handle customs entry/exit, and maintain clear compliance records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage customer appointments and internal submissions
  • Track grading submissions from intake to distribution
  • Handle customs entry/exit and maintain clear compliance records
  • Greet and serve visitors, manage calls/emails, and keep reception running smoothly
  • Represent the submission centre at trade shows across Australia
Required Skills:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate logistics and time-critical workflows
  • A proactive mindset for continuous process improvement
  • Experience in customer service
  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Confidence with computer programs, especially Microsoft Excel and other web-based tools; quick to learn new systems
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
