**Job description**

We currently have a unique opportunity to lead the Campbells portfolio in Australia and New Zealand, tapping into the strong growth behind the categories and renaissance in cooking at home. This role is a marketer’s dream It is a unique role for an energised & passionate Marketer to lead the entire brand mix from insight and strategy, to execution including all communication and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Working on our Campbell’s portfolio, the Marketing manager will be responsible for:

- Leading brand strategy annual & long-term strategic planning
- Development of communication including creative, activation & full media mix A&C)
- Development of innovation longer term pipeline and annual plan
- Management & development of direct report
- Delivering & executing with excellence the annual operating plan
- Day to day management of the portfolio

**The Ingredients To Be Successful**:

- Degree qualified in marketing, business or equivalent
- You may be a Marketing Manager already with a desire to experience a new brand portfolio, or you may be an experienced Senior Brand Manager who is ready for the next step in your career
- Experience within FMCG is preferred, but not essential
- Have a real passion for brands & drive for growth
- Be insights driven and have consumer centric experience
- Bring thought leadership to create strategy & direction
- Build strong internal & external relationships
- Commercial mindset to deliver profitable business results
- Lead from the front - Bring curiosity, perseverance & a growth mindset
- You must have a passion for food and food brands
