The Employee Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and actioning HR lifecycle administration processes to ensure a positive experience for all employees and stakeholders. As HR Coordinator, you will have a keen eye for detail, sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and HR processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and administer Change of Conditions processing, ensuring changes are made in an accurate and timely manner within policy, remuneration guidelines and approved headcount
- Escalation point for Tier 1 (complex matters) via the HR Inbox
- Assist with the annual performance appraisals process and annual salary review process.
- Assist with administration of annual employee engagement surveys and support the team to collect and analyse results.
- Coordinate regular and ad-hoc reporting to executive leadership to inform senior management and executive decision making.
- Maintain staff lists for reporting and communication, ensuring data is accurate across systems.
- Support Audit activity requirements.
- Researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve issues.
- Conduct and analyse exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Ability to deliver outcomes and work efficiently with competing deadlines.
