What does the job look like?

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly efficient Site Supervisor to join the Government and Defence Team based at Henderson, WA. Key areas:

- Lead a small team
- Participate and commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Meet individual and team KPIs
- Inventory reporting

Are you the one?

You are an effective supervisor and team player with a passion for safety. You can demonstrate:

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams across a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring priority is given to safe work procedures and encouraging attention to detail
- Ability to lead Team Leaders within the site with an emphasis on development of their teams
- Previous Defence warehousing and logistics experience (highly desirable)
- Experience in conducting operational reviews and financial reporting
- Strong problem solving, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills

Further information

You will be required to meet Linfox's employment criteria which will include but not be limited to a criminal history check and full medical with a drug and alcohol test.
- Applicants will require eligibility to obtain a minimum level of Baseline security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA), which may include the ability to obtain Australian citizenship.
