**Your Impact**

As the **State Business Manager**, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving profit and revenue targets within the ALM & IBA Independents customer group across the Central West (WA, SA & NT). You’ll do this by deeply understanding the customer’s value chain and identifying opportunities to jointly create value.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead account planning, ensuring alignment on portfolio, pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategy.
- Execute business plans effectively, engaging sales teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes and drive compliance in-store.
- Manage financial performance, including budget delivery, profitability, trade spend, and mix optimization.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships across all levels, identifying opportunities for joint value creation.
- Manage prioritisation and communication of got to market plans with the Asahi Retail Field team through monthly briefing rhythms

**About you**
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Proven experience in account and customer management within FMCG or a related industry.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Skilled in delivering results within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience is developing joint business plans that promote mutual growth opportunities
- Execution-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
