**About the Role**: Our clients require support staff to assist them in home as well as within the community where required. More specific individual program information available.
**Responsibilities can Include**:
- Personal Care (showering, dressing, bowel care and toileting) and Manual Handling (hoisting, etc.)
- Physical Therapy/Hydro support
- Domestic Services and Meal Assistance
- Community Access
**About You**: You will be passionate about providing high quality care, be reliable and flexible, have an empathetic nature and a desire to engage people.
**Mandatory requirements**:
- Current National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Screening Check (NDIS Check)
- Current First Aid (Valid for three years) and CPR (Valid for 12 months)
- Current Working with Children's Check (Employer)
- Related Qualifications (e.g: Certificate in Disability, Aged Care and/or Home and Community Care)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance (for
Community Access)
- Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia (Australian Passport/Australian Birth Certificate/ Australian
Citizenship Certificate or International Passport & Visa)
- Sound Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Essendon, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
- Preston, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Screening Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorization:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
