This position provides the opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist, an autonomous role responsible for the accurate and timely End to End-Monthly Payroll processing for a number of different geographical regions.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Calculations of terminations/redundancies- Superannuation - reconciliation and payment- Payroll tax/workers compensation - reconciliation and payment- Reconcile and make payment of taxes/pensions to various government bodies- Health Insurance - reconciliation and payment- Leave Management and monthly reconciliation incl Maternity/Paternity- Monthly Journal preparation-
- Maintaining and updating employee details- Year End Payroll reconciliation and point of contact for queries- Assisting with Auditor requests- Adhoc duties as required

What you will bring:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a payroll environment- Meticulous attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy- Understanding of payroll compliance including wage theft- Familiarity with taxation & superannuation legislation- Intermediate skills in MS Excel- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy legislation in relation to staff and business information- Ability to work to tight deadlines- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team with shared responsibility as well as autonomously- Global payroll experience would be an advantage
