**Some of the things you’ll do**
Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you’ll be the trusted advisor to multiple Executives and their business units, ensuring that our employee experience never dips.

Delivering on our employee promise - to be the leading place to grow your tech career will be your core priority. As well as developing and nurturing the industries best potential talent.

You’ll work on some interesting OD initiatives that have organisation wide-impact, collaborating with our OD, L&D and Talent Acquisition teams.

- You’re an experienced BP who loves working in a fast-paced, outcome focused environment
- You’re pragmatic, you love to solve problems and you don’t rely on the HR rule book to do it
- You’re an energetic people-person who is curious, flexible and passionate about driving commercial outcomes through our P&C strategy
