Company in Coburg is seeking for a full-time receptionist

**Your new company**
One of Australia's largest wholesale distributors of flooring is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their Coburg office. Join a social and family oriented work place, and be part of a supportive team

**Your new role**
The focus of this role is to provide front-desk support. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact of the company. Your day-to-day will be a combination of general receptionist and administrative duties, customer service support, and support the marketing team. You will be reporting to the Costumer Service Manager and the EA. It's important that you have the availability to work full-time.

Reception/Administrator duties:

- Distribute mail
- Booking daily pickups with couriers for interstate and international deliveries
- Scanning and filing of all invoices and documents
- Stationery orders
- Weekly Coles orders for staff amenities
- Photocopying, binding, laminating etc. as needed
- General office duties including; preparing meeting rooms, cleaning of kitchen and emptying dishwasher

Costumer Service Support:

- Assist by taking overflow of inbound customer service calls
- Receive orders
- Provide stock checks
- Answer questions relating to product specification
- Communicate delivery status of orders for customers Marketing Administration Support
- Printing labels for product samples
- Printing and laminating swatch covers
- Distribution of catalogues and samples internally and externally
- Assist with updating excel data bases as needed

**What you'll need to succeed**
It is important that you have outstanding communication skills, have worked in similar roles before, high attention to details, MS Office, professional presentation, enjoy working in a role which provides support across departments, and enjoys costumer service.
- Administrative experienced (any level)
- Customer service experience (any level)
- Professional communication and presentation
