**Who we are**

Cire Services is a large community-based, not-for-profit organisation servicing the Yarra Ranges and beyond. Cire provides a range of services to meet community need through life-long learning. We offer family and children’s services at numerous sites throughout the Yarra Ranges. We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing accredited, pre-accredited, work skills and leisure courses. We also have a community school with three campuses and two community hubs located in Chirnside Park and Yarra Junction.

**About the role**

Our dedicated Early Learning team are professional and friendly with a strong desire to create positive experiences for the children in their care. Led by our experienced Director, the team focus on creating opportunities for development, inclusion and engagement. You will be joining a team that is committed to service excellence and you will receive all the necessary resources and support to ensure your success.

Our Kindergarten Teachers develop and deliver engaging educational programs using a flexible and integrated approach that is both inclusive and supportive. These programs are innovative, culturally appropriate and value individual learning needs.

Our Kindergarten Teachers form long-lasting relationships and work collaboratively with families in relation to the care, welfare and development of their children.

As an experienced and degree-qualified Teacher:

- You have a passion for educating and creating positive experiences for children
- You are an effective communicator with the ability to lead a team in the delivery of effective educational programs
- You have a thorough understanding of Child Safe frameworks and regulations, and a commitment to child safety
- You have all your current certifications including VIT registration, Working with Children Check, first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma management
