As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee our cloud and partner practices, including AWS, Microsoft, and Google. You'll lead a talented group of practice directors, inspiring them to develop high-performing teams, deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of innovation.

Your role will involve developing and executing our technology strategy and aligning it with the broader business objectives. You'll build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and drive our teams to deliver tailored solutions. Driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and identifying new business opportunities will be key to your success.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience leading a large practice within a multinational technology consultancy, systems integrator or professional services company
- Experience managing a team of Practice Directors across several capabilities
- Deep understanding of cloud and partner solutions across Microsoft, AWS and Google including workplace collaboration, productivity and communication solutions
- Strong business acumen and a passion for driving growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Strong business development, presales and thought leadership skills
