**About the role**
Our client is a reputable industry-leading national business based in Parramatta that is seeking two Finance Officers to start on short notice. These roles are both covering maternity leave, and will be a 12 month contract. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join an industry leading business with an amazing company culture. The role is Accounts Receivable focused and would be best suited to someone with this background

**The responsibilities**:

- Bank reconciliations
- Cash receipting
- Debt collections
- Invoice generation
- Handling customer enquires
- Reviewing the aged debtor report
- High volume invoicing
- Additional ad hoc finance tasks as you gain further experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with NDIS or not-for-profit space desired
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet and handle multiple deadlines
- Able to start on short notice
