Hatch is supporting JCDecaux Australia to find a great Sales Operations Coordinator to join their Sales and Customer Success team. **About the role at JCDecaux Australia**

As the Trading Coordinator you will support the Trading Executives and the broader Sales teams to ascertain forward bookings and occupancy levels, enabling them to put accurate sales offers together. A predominately administration focused role you will place all the sales orders on the system accurately, and in a timely manner, as well as liaising with the sales team to manage occupancy across our portfolio.

An entry level role this would suit a confident graduate looking to step into Sales, or someone early in their media career who has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Pipeline Fulfilment - Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads
- Sales Team Enablement - Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers
- Sales Team Training - Provide ongoing training, support, and incentives that motivate and retain sales team members
