**The Drive**:

Our brands, Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting, are already leading the pack, but we're just getting started. We're seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to deliver high-impact support to our team.

**The Mission**:
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role within our Australian Consignment (Sales) team, bringing the team together to ensure we are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will be responsible for oversight of the teams’ deals, with a key focus on identifying new opportunities and ways of working to enhance team sales.

**The Challenge**:

- Managing the teams’ sales processes including; Salesforce management and monitoring, task follow up and deal maintenance.
- Identifying prospects and developing a call sheet to be distributed amongst the Consignors.
- Identification of re-runs, lost enquiries and deals.
- Developing strategies for new consignment sources and opportunities within our existing database.
- Continuing to build and manage our network of domestic freelance photographers
- Work closely with our centralised Customer Service team to resolve any post auction issues.
- Supporting the sales team with valuations where required
- Consignment Projects - e.g. High Value Customer identification, process optimisation
- Provide global support to our Website Operations team, ensuring vehicles are uploaded to the platform accurately.

**The Specs (What We'll Need From You)**:

- You’ve worked closely with a sales team before, and understand how help them operate efficiently and effectively.
- You’re a proven collaborator and enjoy working within a team setting.
- You’re proactive and a self starter, you have a proven ability to work independently.
- You’ve got a growth mindset, and are adaptable to what we do and are constantly looking for opportunities for the company to evolve and grow.
- If you’ve got a keen interest in cars of all genres and eras, this’ll be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience of how the collector car market operates, again highly advantageous.
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to present and influence credibly and effectively.
- CRM knowledge (preferably Salesforce) with the ability to analyse sales processes.
- Strong organisational skills.

**The Pit Stop**:
You’ll be based out of our Sydney CBD office, Monday - Friday.
