Global leader in minerals and resource sector, has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Mobilisation Officer to join their team in Perth CBD for a 12 month assignment

Our client, a Global leader in the minerals and resource industry, has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Logistics Officer to join their team in Perth CBD.

Working hours: Perth based lifestyle roster - 4:5 5:4 5:5 - 12 hour days
Duration: 12 months assignment

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Undertake stakeholder engagement to ensure understanding of bookings and approvals process
- Daily management of the Workflow task panel to ensure timely completion of booking requests
- Assist with generation of reports as required by the business
- Booking of commercial flights through on-line booking tool or via phone
- Generate flight manifests as required for charter and commercial block seat arrangements
- Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business processes
- Planning, communication and successful execution of immediate travel and accommodation changes for unplanned Events ie Cyclones, Camp Closures, etc
- Assistance in planning and execution of any project activities as required
- Validation and cleansing of SAM and workflow profile data
- Assisting/liaising with Resource Coordinators for Shutdown logistics planning and execution
- Identification and communication of critical issues arising from departmental logistics plans, system anomalies, etc

**Experience Required**
- 2 years experience in similar role with mobilisation experience
- High level of knowledge of Workflow and SAM software products
- Sound knowledge of ERM
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- MUST BE DOUBLE VACCINATED
