**Customer Service Officer**:

We are excited to offer a **permanent full-time** opportunity for a **Customer Service Officer** at our **Power Training Services location, Jandakot.** This position serves as the **first point of contact** for both internal and external customers, providing customer support, advice, and information.

**Your Role in Action**
- Efficient handling of general and specialised queries and dealing with the query in an efficient manner and escalating where required.
- Assist in the development, implementation and review of practices and procedures to support continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development of an effective knowledge base and other initiatives to improve capability within the team and support a culture of collaboration.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, issues, or trends in line with processes and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Manage all administrative duties related to the Power Training Services facility (including but not limited to the front desk).
- Provide administrative support to the Training Delivery and Support Services Area, as required.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- Demonstrated and extensive relevant experience in a front-line, high volume, customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Competent in digital systems and technology - MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet browser (Internet Explorer) or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to and support customer service objectives.
- High level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently.
- WA Certificate of Education or equivalent
- Experienced in systems: Ellipse, Ariba, and aXcelerate desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an RTO desirable.
