**About the role**:
- You will need to maintain accurate record-keeping to ensure files are up to date
- You will follow up on all clients and suppliers enquiries
- Ensure smooth and effective operation of all forms of customer service
- General administrative duties
**The successful applicant has the following skills and experience**:
- Previous experience in Customer Service positions
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Need a valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
