We have an opportunity for a proven sales leader with extensive experience in the industrial equipment sector.
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience in leading and managing a sales team within the industrial equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing effective sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth in a competitive market.

Are you someone who can…
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the industrial equipment sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement impactful sales campaigns and promotions.
- Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reports to senior management.
- Lead sales meetings, provide training, and foster a high-performance culture within the sales team.
- Identify and develop key business opportunities within existing and new markets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams in the industrial equipment sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles within the industrial equipment market, including customer acquisition, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.
