Travelling across the **South East Region of QLD (and upper NSW),** **Repco Sales/Business Development Managers** identify & develop opportunities, and follow up leads within the workshop customer network, through a structured call cycle.

**To Be Successful**:

- Have a safety mindset at all times
- Hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- Comfortable driving major sales, including negotiations
- Ability to build & maintain strong relationships
- Experienced sales professional within aftermarket, dealership, or OEM environments (ideal)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experienced in CRM systems / sound computer skills
- Able to work productively unsupervised
