Our
**Tier 1** Mining Client are searching for an experienced
**Project Supervisor** for an initial 12-month contract, with potential for extension.

This is a FIFO role on an 8:6 roster.

**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
As the Project Supervisor, you will report to the site superintendent and take a front
- line role in ensuring that all projects are delivered in the safest manner. You will also offer day-to-day support and ensure management of your contractors are maintained to the highest standard.

**Other duties will include,**
- Attending all pre-starts and progress meetings for each project they are assigned
- Escorting vehicles throughout the Autonomous Zones (AOZ)
- Completing daily diaries for projects assigned
- Participation in Critical Control Monitoring, Live Infrastructure Assessments and Team based Risk Assessments for all projects
- Conducting Field Leaderships, plan task observations and area Inspections
- Reporting all incidents and taking the lead role as the Incident Owner
- Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) monitoring and review
- Field Inspection Checklist completion (progressively) for all projects
- identifying non-conformances to project drawings and materials (NCR) and escalating to the Project Engineer
- Participating in the Technical Query process (TQ) and providing solutions, conducting review and sign off as required
- Depending on project requirements, at times some ad-hoc rosters and night shift work may be required

**Skills and experience required**
- Experience in the construction of a wide variety of mine site infrastructure,
- Work collaboratively with contractors and stakeholders to solve problems and deliver high quality infrastructure to the end user.
