Nationally renowned Facility Management client is urgently seeking an experienced and Immediately available Project Supervisor to join their team to help finish out a refurbishment project that has already begun on the Iconic Rottnest Island.

Our Nationally renowned Facility Management client is urgently seeking an experienced and Immediately available Project Supervisor to join their team to help finish out a refurbishment project that has already begun on the Iconic Rottnest Island.

Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday - Friday)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 weeks

Travel: This role will be located on Rottnest Island WA - there is the possibility of having Accommodation on the island or daily travel to and from.

**Applicants must be residing in Perth WA and be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 to be eligible for this role**

**The Role**

The Project Supervisor plans the scheduling and safe delivery of services in conjunction with their key reports, managing the operation and administration of the business, to the point where projects are invoiced.

The Project Supervisor is also responsible for the development and coaching of foremen, trades staff and apprentices working within their team. The position is actively involved in promoting positive staff morale, a safe work environment and contributing to the development of an appropriate business and customer focus within the team.

This role will focus on finalising the refurbishment of 36 accommodation units on Rottnest Island.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the timeframe and delivery of the project
- Organise the timely provision of services to meet safety, timeframes, budget and quality requirements as agreed in each relevant services contract
- Ensure all project requirements are met to the highest standard by all contractors and stakeholders
- Projects scoping functions
- Keeping the customer and key stakeholders informed of the service contract status and any applicable forward planning requirements.
- Establishing and managing scheduled maintenance requirements in line with contract timeframes and budget.
- Updating and maintaining applicable system workbooks with all information and communication about progress of projects.
- Maintain budget and forecasting documentation for the service contracts
- Review onsite HSE activities to ensure they are inline with company standard and policies at all times

**Experience Required**
- Previous experience in project coordination / site management related roles within a fast, paced, multi-site company.
- Experience and knowledge of building / construction processes and timelines is essential
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer service and communication.
- Well organised, self-starter, with a team orientation and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Highly literate with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills and a high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
