On behalf of our well known client a Leader in the Iron Ore producing industry. Chandler Macleod is hiring a Project Supervisor to join their Operational Projects team. Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Project Supervisor takes a front
- line role in ensuring that our projects are delivered in the safest manner, and that the day-to-day support and management of our contractors is maintained to the highest standard.

Project Supervisors are required to be highly experienced in the construction of a wide variety of mine site infrastructure, they work collaboratively with contractors and stakeholders to solve problems and deliver high quality infrastructure to the end user.

Skillset required to be successful in this role:

- Exemplary behaviour with regards to safety leadership
- Demonstrated commitment to Fortescue Values
- Liaising with contractors and Perth based Stakeholders on all relevant project matters
- Attending all pre-starts and progress meetings for each project they are assigned
- Escorting vehicles throughout the Autonomous Zones (AOZ)
- Completing daily diaries for projects assigned
- Participation in Critical Control Monitoring, Live Infrastructure Assessments and Team based Risk
- Conducting Field Leaderships
- Conducting Plan Task Observations
- Conducting Area Inspections
- Reporting all incidents and taking the lead role as the Incident Owner
- Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) monitoring and review
- Field Inspection Checklist completion (progressively) for all projects
- Identifying non-conformances to project drawings and materials (NCR) and escalating to the Project Engineer
- Participating in the Technical Query process (TQ) and providing solutions, conducting review and sign off as required
