The Project Site Manager will support a range of client facing activities and managing the performance of a team of technicians. This role is still hands on in supervising technicians on the job and ensuring the completion of project works on site.

**Here’s a snapshot of your day**:

- Responsible for the daily coordination of activities of on site in the delivery of quality service to customers.
- Supports minor service project management within assigned territory by assisting with scheduling, estimating, manpower analysis, material logistics, establishing performance standards, etc.
- Maintains strong relationship with customers in order to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction rating.
- Assumes responsibility for being the first point of escalation for administration team on technicians behaviours/concerns.
- Responsible for site set outs
- Program & sequencing updating
- Liaising with Contractor/supplier procurement, programming
- Contract and HSEQ administration. Material take-offs when required
- Material ordering and daily diary log and notes
- Defect inspections and reports
- Invoice checking and coding when required
- Approval of timesheets, purchase orders and performs all other necessary administrative tasks, in consult with site administration.
- Minimum 5 years' experience Fitout and Commerical Refurbishments, 2 years as a supervisor
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of OH&S Requirements
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage and liaise professionally with Subcontractors and Clients on site
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Power Point
- White Card
- Police Check Clearance
