We are seeking a dedicated & dynamic **Sales Assistant** to join the team in **Epping** on a full-time basis. You will enjoy working in this busy store and love the flexible hours No previous paint or hardware knowledge is expected, as full product training will be provided on the job. What we are searching for is someone who is passionate about customer service and is looking to broaden their career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service as well as establishing relationships with our strong customer base.
- Collaborating with the Store Manager, Store team & Trade team to improve sales potential within the store
- You can work in a fast-paced environment that sees you change direction frequently throughout the day
- Merchandise and replenish stock in a timely manner and ensuring it is presented well
- Qualifications - External

**Qualifications**
- Previous retail assistant experience with the desire to provide excellent customer service to our growing customer base. You won't be afraid to be hands on daily in the store
- A strong interest to learn new skills as well as an invested interest to build your knowledge and expertise on our products
- You will also be an outstanding teammate who has the ability to cope with our fast paced and changing environment
- A keen eye for detail, taking pride in the presentation of your store - run it like you own it
- You will be comfortable with manual handling as part of your normal day. For example - lifting heavy paint tins (up to 32kgs), pushing, and pulling trolleys, standing for long periods, kneeling, etc.
- You will also have a valid drivers' license to assist with store deliveries.
