**Salary**: $120,529 per annum (pro rata) + superannuation
**The opportunity**:
We are excited to offer two part-time positions (0.4 FTE each, negotiable) at the Extremely Preterm Infant Centre for Research Excellence (EPIC CRE), a world-leading research program dedicated to improving the lives of preterm infants and their families. These roles provide an opportunity to contribute to major Knowledge Translation (KT) initiatives that aim to translate the latest evidence in newborn medicine and child development into practical changes in clinical practice, policy, and consumer behaviour.
As a Knowledge Translation Fellow, you will be integral to advancing the CRE’s KT strategies, with a particular focus on developing national guidelines for the follow-up care and respiratory management of preterm newborns. You will work alongside another KT Fellow, the CRE Project Coordinator, and the broader CRE team, fostering relationships with key stakeholders to ensure your work has a lasting impact.
**Your responsibilities include**:
Contribute to the creation and implementation of KT strategies across clinical, policy, and consumer domains.
Assist in the development of national guidelines for preterm newborn follow-up and respiratory management.
Conduct literature reviews and consult with stakeholders to map existing practices.
Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve KT goals.
Evaluate the success and impact of KT initiatives.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including health agencies and community organisations.
**What we need from you**:
A PhD/Doctoral qualification with relevant postdoctoral experience.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Strong time management, organisational, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant computer skills and understanding of various research methodologies.
Experience in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and supporting team members and students.
