As a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in the School of Mathematics and Statistics and the ARC Research Hub for Discovery Project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct Innovative Research: Collaborate with the project team to drive research initiatives within the ARC Research Hub for Discovery Project and the School of Mathematics and Statistics.
• Develop and Publish Academic Work: Contribute to high-standard academic papers and other scholarly outputs, aligning with the University of Melbourne's research expectations.
• Engage and Mentor: Support postgraduate and research higher degree students through supervision, scientific mentoring, and training.

You may also:

• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
• Demonstrate high-level organisational and time-management skills.
• Have a strong understanding of algebraic geometry and the Langlands program.
• Exhibit a collaborative approach and the ability to work independently.
