**What you’ll do**:

- Operate and monitor the rubber machine to ensure efficient and accurate production of rubber products while leading a small rubber manufacturing team.
- Set up and prepare the rubber machine, including loading raw materials, setting machine parameters, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications, making adjustments as needed.
- Using a table saw to accurately cut products.
- Using timber tools.
- Read and interpret plans.
- Troubleshoot and address any machine malfunctions or issues that may arise during the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including end of day cleaning, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve daily production targets and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Accurately record production data and maintain relevant documentation.
- Operating a forklift.
- Moderate physical fitness as will be lifting 20 kilos at times.

**Who you are**:

- Previous work experience in a similar role.
- Forklift license.
- Timber tool experience.
- Own car and drivers license is preferred.
- Proven experience using table saw.
- Moderate physical fitness.
- High focus on quality, accuracy and productivity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet KPI’s.
- Can do attitude.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
