We are looking for an energetic and highly dedicated employee to support production and packing processes at our Opal Australian Paper site in Preston. This role is an Afternoon Shift offering 20% loading and 16 RDO's a year

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

- Accept responsibility for their work
- Demonstrate competence in working in a team environment
- Comply with legislative and Employer Occupational Health and Safety requirements and established safe working practices
- Work flexibly within the limits of their competence
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Assist with the provision of "one on one" on-the-job training
- Work in an environmentally responsible manner
