Reporting to the Team Leader you will be an experienced, self motivated, energetic and reliable process operator with experience in compounding and blown film extrusion. You will also need to bring to the role a strong focus on safety, quality, teamwork and productivity improvement.

This position will work a rotating shift roster with D/S hours (6.00am – 6.00pm) and N/S hours (6.00pm – 6.00am). The flexibility to also work any required overtime on non-rostered days is also required. Please note applicants without plastic blown film extrusion experience will not be considered for this position.
