**Your role**

We are currently seeking production team members to join our growing team at our Preston facility. The role is hands-on and fast paced, where you will be required to work as part of a team to deliver excellent results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Setting up and maintaining production according to schedule
- Oversee the efficient operation of machinery, ensuring smooth production runs and completing line startup and shutdown tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Strong attention to detail and quality control

**Skills & Experience**
- A forklift license (high reach experience)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Motivated, hard-working and reliable
- Physically fit with manual handling ability
