Our client has a long history of building high quality homes in the Bayside area by delivering a complete residential building service encompassing custom design, landscape design, town planning, full documentation, a presale option and meticulous construction, after care and maintenance services. This role manages their builders warranty and
**Home Servicing** function.
So what do we need from you? This is a very important role in their business as it is the continuation of our client's journey of customer service excellence. The coordination of service delivery during this stage must equal that provided all the way through the through the planning, design and construction stages.
To be successful, you will need
- A demonstrated understanding of Australian residential construction processes and previous experience in building homes in Australia.
- Excellent people skills and a consistently respectful and courteous approach to all.
- A positive and energetic approach to life.
- The ability to work effectively as a part of a broader team and to collaborate well.
- Excellent organisational skills in managing trades, suppliers, service providers, clients and budgets.
