Exciting opportunity located in Fremantle/O'Connor for a Technical Support Specialist
Our client is a global beverage company with a portfolio of brands in alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in a contract bases.

**Your responsibilities would be**:

- Service operation & continuous improvement; service continuity; service design; service transition.
- Enable.me (IT Service Desk).
- CC&I Cost Centre management & Financial process compliance.
- Cost saving initiatives.
- Disaster Recovery - identified business systems/processes.
- IT security - infrastructure; IT capability plan; IT strategy roadmap.
- Process Improvement across IT.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will need to be a technical person able to support a vision and engagement in a small team.
- Experience within IT security (infrastructure), business partnering and IT governance and risk management.
- Tertiary Education in an IT related discipline.
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certified.
- IT Service, Risk and Financial Management.
- FMCG organisation - Key Business Processes

**What you'll get in return**
This is a 6 months contract opportunity that could potentially transform into a permanent one afterwards.

They are looking to offer $45-$55 per hour. Schedule will be Monday to Friday doing normal business hours at any of their locations: Fremantle and O'Connor.
