If that sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity waiting for you Floor Estate is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will guide customers through the process of selecting their perfect flooring products You will engage with customers, understand their flooring needs, and offer tailored solutions from our extensive range of products. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, takes initiative, and is eager to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The role requires the successful applicant to have and do the following;
- High attention to detail with following Company processes
- Provide quotations for customers and follow that up and close the sale.
- Canvas new business with local real estate agents, aged care facilities, insurance builders etc
- Carry out site-measures in clients homes or businesses
- A people person that can listen and understand the consumers needs quickly and ascertain what is required to assist them through the journey to achieve their desired outcome for flooring.
- Computer literacy
- Closely monitor your sales and outstanding quotes pipeline, and achieve sales targets and kpi's both individually and for the store.
- Well presented and articulate
- Punctual

This position is a full-time role

Pay: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
