SALES PA

Fletchers, one of Melbourne’s leading real estate firms, is seeking a Sales Personal Assistant (PA)
who is self-motivated, organised and positive in nature, with an ability to build relationships with
existing and potential clients.

In this role you will be supporting one of Melbourne’s top agents a director in our Blackburn office
and will become a vital part of this successful team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone
that is looking to learn from the best and progress their career within real estate sales.

This role offers new challenges and versatility with your week including activities such as:

- Attending Open For Inspections and private inspections
- Prospecting from past appraisals and buyers
- Conducting Buyer follow up
- Database management
- Processing new listings
- General administration duties
- Diary management

To be successful in the role you will:

- Ideally have previous experience in real estate
- Be an outstanding communicator with an ability to build long lasting relationships
- Have a strong focus on customer service
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, judgement, efficiency and attention to
- detail- Be energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and career focussed.
- Be determined to succeed in real estate
- Have a valid Agent’s Representative certificate
- Hold a Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Be able to work on a Saturday (with rostered time off during the week)
