**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- **
Educational Background**: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for experience in IT
- ** Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; strong organisational and time management abilities; and the capacity to make independent decisions.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, and familiarity with a variety of sourcing avenues and interview techniques.
