An opportunity exists for a highly motivated, professional Client Services Administrator to join our team, based at Belmont working with our Farming/Agribusiness team.

This position demands a fast, efficient, detail-oriented person who can handle several tasks at once in our team-based environment.

**The role involves but is not limited to**:

- General administrative duties.
- Preparation and distribution of all electronic and hard copy correspondence including typing, filing, and scanning.
- Management of client details including set up and internal maintenance of records.
- Involvement in the collation of tax returns and financial statements and processing for lodgement.
- Liaising with clients and relevant third parties on the client’s behalf (e.g. ATO, ASIC, ABR)
- Invoicing/billing.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A minimum of 6 months administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Practice Management Software e.g. MYOB AE (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work to priorities and deadlines.
