Our client is a Boutique Accounting Practice located in the West Perth area, they are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team.

**Duties will include**:

- Meet and greet clients
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Booking and organising appointments for clients
- General administration - data entry, filing, photocopying
- Database management
- Debtor collections
- Purchasing office supplies
- Liaising with the ATO / ASIC

Essential Criteria:

- 3 + years' experience in a similar role
- **Accounting Practice experience**:

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Immaculate presentation
- Possess strong problem solving and time management skills
