We're now seeking a **Team Leader**for our **LOEWE boutique**in **Sydney Westfield.**

**What you can look forward to**:

- Working alongside the Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset
- Build a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Communicate the brand vision, drive store results, and develop a strong customer base in our fast-paced store.
- Provide ongoing training and support for our sales team.
- Ensure effective two-way communication to ensure team members are engaged and knowledgeable

**About you**:

- Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles (luxury experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff
- A proven track record of success with meeting KPIs, targets
- Strong CRM capability with successful long term client relationships
