The Role You Could Play

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Sydney CBD Team's operational processes, ensuring the store is organized, well-presented, and provides our customers with a seamless and exceptional shopping experience.

With extensive experience in managing stock and back-of-house operations, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Nurturing and developing a team of Operations Specialists responsible for operational procedures and visual merchandising standards.
  2. Leading, training, and empowering team members on operational processes to ensure high standards of execution.
  3. Managing end-to-end stock management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  4. Ensuring the store complies with OH&S standards, prioritizing safety for team members and customers.
  5. Overseeing the store's entire inventory, including live, non-line, and collateral stock.
  6. Leading stock takes, analyzing results, and recommending improvements.
  7. Ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention requirements and supporting team members in applying these concepts.
  8. Managing and executing visual merchandising of the store.

What You Will Bring

  1. At least 1 year of experience managing teams in a retail setting.
  2. A demonstrated ability and passion for leading, motivating teams, and driving operational excellence.
  3. Strong knowledge of stock and non-stock operations, with the ability to empower store teams.
  4. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  5. A meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving passion.
  6. Familiarity with process optimization techniques, such as Lean (highly desired).

  3. Confidence in providing constructive feedback and coaching team members.
