We have a newly created opportunity for a full time **Department Manage**r - based at our new flagship boutique at **Sydney Westfield.**

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide support and leadership to the store team, not limited to coaching, training and performance management.

**What you can look forward to**:

- Store Management - including housekeeping, inventory management and visual merchandising
- CRM - managing our customer database, driving appointment bookings and managing in-store VIP events
- Identifying ways to grow the customer database and increase client retention
- Ensure store merchandising standards are adhered to including visual merchandising expectations
- Building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership members
- An attractive commission and incentive program

**About you**:

- Previous experience in retail leadership / supervisory roles (luxury experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff
- Previous experience leading a team
- Strong relationship skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships
- Commercial mindset with the ability work in a complex and changing environment
