**The Opportunity**
As a **Digital Marketing Adviser**, you'll be at the heart of crafting compelling content and delivering impactful campaigns. You'll work within a team environment that thrives on shared goals and creativity, helping to support workers and stakeholders with critical services and benefits.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create, curate, and coordinate content for social media, web, and print channels.
- Develop and execute organic and paid content strategies that engage and inform target audiences.
- Seek out and tell authentic member stories that highlight the value of membership.
- Manage end-to-end project briefs, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns and projects.
- Review content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital media to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
- Support cross-departmental marketing needs with professional, high-quality content.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors, promoting brand values.
**About You**:
You will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- A talent for creating engaging video content tailored to social media platforms.
- Creative skills in design, photography, and video production.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
- The ability to distil complex information into clear, engaging content.
- An analytical mindset, using performance data to refine and optimise strategies.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Your experience will include**:
- Using marketing technology such as content management systems, CRM tools, social media platforms, and eDM systems.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possessing a valid Victorian driver's licence.
