**About the Role**
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we are currently seeking Rostering Officers** **to join our Rostering team here at our Head Office in Cannon Hill. Key duties will include:
- Day to day rescheduling to cover unplanned changes in employee availability including sick leave, personal leave and emergency replacement or back-filling requirements
- Allocating shifts with consideration to the compatibility of all our people and employees, including skills, cultural, spiritual and lifestyle preferences
- Leave planning including annual leave, personal leave and study leave is scheduled to ensure continuity of service delivery
- Ensuring accuracy of rosters in line with people billing requirements to ensure effective charging and claiming
- Completing and maintaining up to date and accurate records of people interactions
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Availability to work rotational hours: week 1 6.30am - 2.30pm, week 2 10.00am - 6.00pm
- Demonstrated experience in a Rostering role
- Demonstrated experience in community services and/or not for profit environment
- Proven experience in a customer service role within a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is communicated to stakeholders
- Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure all work is completed accurately and in a professional manner
- Previous experience in rostering and/or using Carelink+ would be highly regarded
