**THE ROLE**

As an Advisor in our Employee Relations team, you will provide trusted and compliant advice to employees and people leaders across Australia and New Zealand. You will provide coaching and support on employee relations matters and drive a consistent people experience to help our people perform at their best in a workplace that is both safe and inclusive.

You will join a Trans-Tasman team of employee relations professionals who are positive, supportive, and considerate and have a wealth of knowledge to share with each other and those they advise.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You will have solid knowledge of employment relations frameworks and employment legislation along with prior experience in an employee relations or employment law role.
- You are passionate about providing support and promoting a workplace that is safe and inclusive.
- This role will keep you busy so you will bring strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- You will be providing advice daily so you will also bring strong verbal and written communication skills.
