About the Role

We are looking for Concierge Security Officers to join our team at our prestigious client site based in Brisbane CBD. This role involves providing outstanding customer service to visitors and other personnel, while maintaining a visible and professional security presence. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a consistently high standard of professionalism. This full-time position provides great work life balance with the available shifts from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet all visitors and ensure they sign in via the intercom and foyer register, while monitoring for tailgating and verifying identities as needed.- Accurately report and document any incidents, liaising with emergency services when necessary and prioritising the safety of staff and bystanders in high-risk situations.- Remain alert and aware of everyone entering the premises, engaging proactively with visitors to support both safety and customer experience.- Maintain a secure foyer by ensuring controlled access to the building at all times.- Educate tenants on proper swipe card use and report any misuse.- Deliver excellent customer service with a calm, professional, and approachable demeanour, balancing the enforcement of security protocols with a friendly attitude.

Skills & Experience- Certificate II in Security Operations- Valid Security Licence and First Aid and CPR- Experience in CCTV and Access Systems- Fire Warden duties, training will be provided- Able to follow through with SOP-
- Drivers License- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.- Excellent observational and surveillance skills.- Ability to operate security equipment and systems.- Good communication skills and the ability to report incidents clearly and accurately.- Physical stamina and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.- Full Australian working rights
