**About you**:
We are looking for qualified and experienced Retail Security Officers who are passionate about a rewarding career. We have openings in **Chermside and Brisbane City**and are eager to welcome individuals who are ready to join a company that offers secure employment, exceptional training, and ample opportunities for professional growth.

**Your Role**:
As a Retail Security Officer, you’ll play a key part in creating a safe and positive environment in a busy retail setting. Your focus will be on loss prevention, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting both static and roaming duties as needed.
- Contribute to a welcoming and secure atmosphere for customers and staff
- Monitor for suspicious behaviour and deter theft through proactive presence
- Respond promptly to incidents and escalate when required
- Conduct both static and roaming patrols across the store
- Prepare accurate reports on incidents and security observations
- Work closely with store staff and fellow team members to maintain safety standards

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

- Current QLD Security Licence (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (required)
- Police Check (required)
- Impeccable Presentation and Grooming Standards
- Strong Interpersonal and Report-Writing Skills (Highly Desirable)
- Physical fitness to fulfill duties and stand for long periods
- A Friendly and Customer-Focused Attitude with Strong Observational Skills
