Seeking a full time Recruitment Manager to work within a small team responsible for filling for-purpose health and human services roles.

**About The Role**
**The Job Description**
- Working in a 360 degree / end-to-end recruitment capacity
- Collaborating internally on client strategy and to promote lead generation
- Managing a direct report (Research Associate)
- Building strong business relationships with current and prospective clients
- Developing and partnering with Orchard leaders to implement sector marketing plans
- Coordinating and contributing to the creation and publication of material around market insights and in turn helping to market the firm’s services
- Marketing and promoting the firm’s roles and services across a range of platforms including LinkedIn our website and other social media platforms
- Analysing job market data and trends to share with key human services stakeholders
- Conversing competently with industry leaders e.g. CEOs, COOs, HR Directors, and Recruitment Leads, and providing valued sector knowledge, insights, and publications
- Leading an annual sector events calendar and ensuring key stakeholders attend.
**Skills and Experience**
- Significant experience in an end-to-end recruitment agency role (and preferably in a health and human services context)
- The ability to converse with senior stakeholders at executive level
- The ability to work on business development with current and potential clients, and generate 70% of their own revenue
- The ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment and make timely and high-quality job placements
- Strong organisational skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to follow their recruitment process from start to finish
- Marketing experience to create advertising / promotional materials around talent campaigns and strategies
- Passion and character with a desire to develop and grow their professional career.
- Curiosity and a strong solutions-focus to bring about positive workforce outcomes.
This role has a base salary range of $80,000 to $90,000. As a high-performing team, our recruitment consultants also regularly achieve 150-200% of their yearly targets and enjoy the benefits that come with this.
