We have a unique opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join our Commercial Team. **About the role**

As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment team, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and driving business growth. Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing them with exceptional recruitment solutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the recruitment team, ensuring they have the skills and support they need to achieve their goals. Your duties and responsibilities include:

- Lead and manage the recruitment team, setting targets and KPIs to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attending meetings and building partnerships.
- Provide exceptional recruitment solutions to clients, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to placement.
- Oversee day to day operations of the business including reporting on recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Mentor and develop the recruitment team, providing training and ongoing support.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

**About you**

We are looking for a driven, ambitious Recruitment Leader who is enthusiastic about delivering the best service.
- Have a strong recruitment background - 3+ years recruitment experience in an agency environment.
- Previous sales or BD experience
- Experience in people management preferred.
- Independent person with good organisation skills
- Resilient and tenacious
