
Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain both physical and electronic client folders, including filing and retrieving essential documents as needed.
- Greet and attend to clients’ needs in the office.
- Proofreading documents, preparing fee agreements, and monitoring client cases for follow-up actions.
- Support with other office administrative tasks including data entry and complete additional assigned work as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Experience with document management, particularly in preparing paperwork for regulatory submissions, is highly valued.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to accurately record and retrieve information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience in prioritizing tasks and meeting daily deadlines.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and follow instructions from senior staff.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in migration, legal, or compliance roles would be an advantage.
