
Ndis & Aged Care Admin Officer

**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and process new participant referrals.
- Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied professionals to gather relevant documentation & arrange appointments
- Schedule intake assessments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely preparation of Service Agreements, risk assessments, and participant profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist in maintaining participant documentation in line with NDIS & Aged care Practice Standards.
- **Essential Criteria**:
- Prior experience in an admin/intake or similar role within the disability or community services sector.
- Knowledge of the Aged care & NDIS framework and participant pathways.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
- Ability to start ASAP.
**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
- Multilingual
- Understanding of the Aged care & NDIS Practice guidelines
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Community Services or related field.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
